SCHOOL EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

SEAMS — SERVICES

Promoters and managers of schools are inspired by schools like Rishi Valley School or any of the other time tested schools and wish to emulate them and be like them. Is this possible? Is it possible for any school to copy and be like another? Perhaps not.

However, is it possible to replicate some of the “good practices” of a school? Perhaps one can attempt this, although to what extent the content changes or improves is uncertain. While being cognizant of the inherent challenges and fallacies involved in the attempt to “copy”, SEAMS would like to share the experiments and explorations one could attempt in non–KFI schools, which are interested to provide a better learning ambience to teachers and students.

  1. Review of the school and evolution of an appropriate Strategic School Development Plan (SSDP).
  2. Leadership and Management Development Programs for organic and intrinsic improvement of the school.
  3. Design and Conduction of school specific Teacher Learning and Development Programs (TLDP).
  4. Analyze and guide school leadership to enhance economic viability through SSDP, without compromising on quality.
  5. The terms and conditions of association could be discussed and finalised separately.

SEAMS invites interested resource people, specialists, and others to join in this endeavour.
